Bozena Jankowska is head of the Sustainability Research Team for RCM. Based in London, she is the lead portfolio manager for the Allianz RCM Global EcoTrends Fund. Bozena is responsible for RCM’s sustainable investment policy and strategy. She also has input into the management of a number of global sustainability and SRI institutional portfolios as well as the Allianz Global Investors Sustainability Fund. In addition, Bozena is responsible for managing the firm’s involvement in the Enhanced Analytics Initiative (EAI) and sits on the Allianz Sustainability Strategy Group and Allianz Core Climate Group.

Before joining RCM in 2000, Bozena worked for the construction firm, John Laing Plc as their Business and Environment Adviser developing and implementing corporate sustainability policy and strategy. She graduated from the University of Sussex with a BSc (Honors) in environmental science and an MSc in environmental technology with Distinction from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, specializing in Business and Environment. Bozena obtained her Investment Management Certificate in July 2001.

Brian Gaffneyis a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Allianz Global Investors Distributors. Prior to joining Allianz Global Investors Distributors in July of 2008, Mr. Gaffney was a Managing Director and Head of Retail Distribution for Neuberger Berman, a position he held since 1999. Mr. Gaffney joined Neuberger Berman in 1993, having started as a regional vice president in the Institutional Mutual Funds division and subsequently as a senior vice president and National Sales Manager. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman, Mr. Gaffney was a regional vice president for Cigna Retirement Services from 1988 to 1993. He holds a BA in Sociology from Stonehill College.

The Allianz RCM Global EcoTrends Fund is designed to provide exposure to a relatively narrow group of sectors.
