Growth Potential
Throughout the history of the stock market, investments in smaller-cap stocks (stocks of smaller-capitalization companies) have outperformed investments in larger-cap stocks. However, investments in smaller-cap stocks also can entail greater risks due to greater price volatility and less liquidity. As a result, professional investment expertise and risk management are important considerations when selecting a small-cap manager.

Growth with Value
The team utitlizes the "growth-at-a-price" philosophy. This process seeks to select small-cap stocks that the managers believe have strong growth potential, and are reasonably priced (have lower P/Es).
